Final setup before Ehime Dunlop

The Z650 is being developed with the goal of being a machine that can be used for touring comfortably with minimal modifications and can even be used to compete in gymkhana competitions!
As we continued the test runs, more and more problems began to appear.

This is the current improvement.
position
Change of handlebars (Kawasaki genuine)
Sheet processing
Front Inner ridge change Ohlins 8.5kg
Rear suspension change Nitron 14.2kg "Original 13kg Nitron 12.5kg"
Final change 14-47 "Until last time it was 15-48" "Normal 15-46"
ECU rewrite
ABS deactivation "remove sensor"
At this stage, I extended the suspension a little and reduced the rear preload to about 11mm, but is this due to the Z650's link characteristics? Is this a common problem with Kawasaki?
Lack of traction becomes evident when entering.

The tires are Diablo V3 5th grade.

This is a video of the JAGE training session that was held after the JAGE Cup was canceled.
You can see that the car is shaking in places due to lack of traction.
Therefore, we aim to solve this problem by slightly lowering the rear extension position and applying preload.

This is a video of the car running after the improvements. The tires are α13SP (new) on the front and Diablo V3 (50% worn) on the rear.

Traction seems pretty consistent.
It may be better to have a little more instability when trying to achieve a good time, but ease of attack and stability are also important.
I think this is a setup that is fun to ride at my age, so I think I'll keep riding like this for a while.
In this condition, I plan to continue making improvements as I race from Ehime Dunlop to Dunlop Round 4 and then JAPAN.

I will write again if there are any changes. I hope this will be helpful.
