Clavicle fracture progress

I’m sorry for all the inconvenience.

I went to the doctor on the 14th of last week, so this is the progress update.

On the 14th, the stitches from the surgical site were removed, an X-ray was taken to check my current condition, and the doctor explained to me how much I could move.

I was told that I could remove the sling and was able to move around much more easily.

Don’t raise your arms higher than shoulder level! Don’t lift anything heavy! That hasn’t changed.

Rehabilitation has also begun, and I am working hard every day to increase the range of motion in my shoulder.

At work, I am continuing to work as usual, trying my best to avoid putting too much strain on my collarbone.

However, since I cannot exert a large force on my collarbone, I am currently refraining from traveling in a vehicle, etc.

My next checkup is on February 28th, so how far will it go by then?

The teacher will decide how much weight I can put on it, and then I will decide the scope of my work and whether I can start riding a motorcycle.

I still can’t ride my bike, but when I do, the plate will be in place for over a year.

I wanted to absorb as much impact as possible on my shoulders, so I bought this protector.

I’m 62 years old and I broke the bone, so I don’t want to push myself too hard and I want to make sure I’m fully recovered before returning to play.

For the time being, I plan to run in a way that doesn’t cause me to fall even when I take part in practice sessions or competitions.

Right now, I just want to enjoy a long and fulfilling life with motorcycles, so I hope you will continue to support me.
