I broke my collarbone during a training session on January 29th.
I fell over a pylon and my memory of the day is hazy, but the results of my CT scan were good, and even now a week later I’m basically fine.
I feel like, is it okay?
I was admitted to a local hospital on Monday, February 3rd, had surgery on February 4th, and was discharged yesterday, February 5th. I only had a short stay in the hospital.
I’m back to work as of today.
There are many restrictions, such as not being allowed to lift heavy objects or raising your arms above your shoulders, but I intend to continue working to the best of my ability.
However, since I broke the bone at age 62, I can no longer put strain on other parts of my body, so I would like to avoid putting as much strain on myself as I did in the past.
I will follow the doctor’s instructions and aim for a full recovery.
The teacher must have thought, “This person will force themselves if I don’t tell them properly!”
When I was discharged from the hospital, I was given these instructions.
I’ve already broken the work ban…
Please understand that we will do our best to ensure that delivery times are not delayed for our customers.
As for the bike, I’d like to relax in the warmth of my home until I get permission from my teacher.
