MT 07 Handle stopper

I am producing the MT 07 now
Since it turns out that the steering wheel is overrun when the actual running is repeated
I made a handle stopper base to adjust the steering wheel turning angle.

With this specification, since the steering wheel turning angle never changes
Once you have adjusted it you can continue running with confidence.

I will set it while seeing how much cutting angle is appropriate.
