Handle stopper for MT03

I made a handle stopper for MT-03/MT-25.

It turned out that when you actually tried running it got a bit too steering wheel.
I also got information on those already on MT-03, it seems that everyone reduces the steering angle of the steering wheel!

So we produced a handle stopper of the type which stops directly with the Duracon by supporting the front fork pipe directly.
