SSB for Honda XR250

This time I made SSB foot guard for Honda’s popular XR 250.
This particular vehicle had a 3rd party exhaust and an oil cooler that made it a challenge to attach the SSB.
Although I had difficulty finding installing points on a few places, while looking at the pictures of an unmodified vehicle, I made it so that it has a structure that can be attached without problems even if it is a normal vehicle.

Finally with much thought, I finished it also finding a way how to escape the clutch cable.

I kept in mind how to keep the design of the car cool without breaking it as much as possible.

In addition, I was able to check enough clearance to protect my feet even in a fall test.
